Crescent Hill members attend meeting with US Ambassador to Burma

Ambassador Derek J. Mitchell serves as the State Department’s Special Representative and Policy Coordinator for Burma. Ambassordor Mitchell was the speaker for the inaugural Annual Lecture on Asian Democracy at the University of Louisville. His talk was on “Reform in the ‘Golden Land’: U.S. Policy and Perspectives on Change in Burma.” At the reception following the lecture several CHBC folks who attended spoke with Ambassador Mitchell.
